1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging Kennedy Plumbing, Heating & Cooling LLC ("Kennedy PHC," "we," "us," or "our") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Kennedy PHC provides residential and commercial plumbing, heating, and cooling services in Delhi, NY and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and may require an in-person assessment before a final quote is provided.

We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion. Estimates provided prior to service are good-faith approximations and may change based on conditions discovered during the job.

3. Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the agreed service window. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or prior job complexity. We will notify you of any significant delays.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing is available through Synchrony with approved credit.

Unpaid balances may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month. In the event of non-payment, Kennedy PHC reserves the right to pursue collection, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs.

5. Warranties

Kennedy PHC warrants labor for a period of 90 days from the date of service. Equipment and parts warranties are subject to the manufacturer's terms. Extended warranties may be available for certain installations — ask your technician for details.

Warranties are void if equipment is misused, improperly maintained, or serviced by unauthorized personnel after our installation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kennedy PHC's liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
